What is DIR-3 KYC

DIR-3 KYC is a Form required to be filed by every director irrespective of the fact whether they are resident or not to the Registrar of Companies ( ROC) , every year who has been allotted DIN (Director Identification Number) . It is mandatory Form required to be filed by the director irrespective of the status of their DIN Approved or Disqualified.

The last Date of DIR-3 KYC filing is 30th September, 2021.
